Version 1.1

Software Purchase & Refund Terms

Effective August 14, 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to software, licenses, subscriptions, trials, downloads, and related digital products purchased or obtained directly from Automation Forge LLC. They work together with the applicable product page, checkout page, written quote or order, Software EULA, product addendum, and Privacy Notice.

2. Product and order details

The applicable product page, checkout page, or written order identifies the software, price, payment schedule, license duration, permitted devices or users, included services, trial availability, and update entitlement. Review those details before submitting payment. If an order-specific commercial term conflicts with this page, the order-specific term controls that commercial detail.

3. One-time purchases and subscriptions

A checkout page will clearly identify whether an offering is a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. A one-time software purchase does not renew automatically. A subscription renews at the disclosed interval until canceled and may be canceled for future billing according to the instructions provided with the subscription. Canceling does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for a billing period already started, except where required by law.

4. Trials and evaluations

Automation Forge may offer a trial or evaluation for an eligible product. The applicable product page or product addendum states its duration, device or user allowance, features, and any usage limits. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, a trial does not require a payment card, convert automatically, renew, or charge the customer. Trial availability may be limited to one evaluation per customer, device, organization, or product.

5. Payment, taxes, and delivery

Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes checkout. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before payment is submitted. After confirmed payment, Automation Forge sends the applicable license, access instructions, receipt, and available download information to the email address provided with the order. The customer is responsible for providing an accessible address and checking filtered, junk, or spam mail.

6. Refunds

Because software and license credentials are delivered digitally and available trials allow evaluation when offered, completed purchases are final and Automation Forge does not offer voluntary refunds, prorated credits, or exchanges unless the applicable order expressly says otherwise. This policy does not limit refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies required by applicable law. Automation Forge will review duplicate charges and reported unauthorized transactions.

7. License rather than sale

Payment grants the license or access described in the applicable order; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. Installation, activation, and use remain subject to the Software EULA and the applicable product addendum.

8. Updates and availability

Update entitlement is determined by the applicable order. Unless stated otherwise, a perpetual license includes maintenance and security updates for the purchased major version, while a future major version may require a separate purchase. Automation Forge may replace or retire obsolete installers, services, or delivery methods while making reasonable efforts to preserve access for supported licenses.

9. Reversals, fraud, and misuse

Payment reversal, fraud, unauthorized resale, or abuse may result in temporary suspension or termination of the affected license or access while the matter is reviewed, subject to the Software EULA and applicable law.
